    Somatic Healing is a combination of deep listening, meditation and movement as well as body work.

    Untangle memories, pent up energy, and emotions that are stored in the body-mind and it can help you integrate and connect with your wise Self, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed, heard and understood.

    Somatic healing uses a multilayered approach giving you individually tailored tools and techniques you can take away and use to create meaningful change.

  • What can Somatic Healing do for me?

    Sessions can be a chance to create lasting insight and internal shifts as well as release blockages, process grief, hold overwhelm, recover from trauma and acknowledge life changes and stages.

    Somatic Healing is different for every client and sometimes can be a one off or an ongoing process

    Clients come when they need support to find their centre, release mental, emotional and physical tension, step into clarity and experience deep relaxation. Clients with a chronic mental health and/or trauma background are very welcome and safe in the space.

Fusing science with tradition and intuition.

 

Somatic Healing sessions with Radha have taken shape in a way which expresses her unique essence and experience, but this healing methodology is firmly grounded in tried and tested traditions and scientific research as well as trauma informed practice.

As a practitioner, Radha draws on the work of Candace Pert, Bessel van der Kolk and her mentor Gaurima Grace; the theoretical frameworks of Neural Plasticity, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Polyvagal Theory and the Blue Knot Foundation’s Practice Guidelines; as well as the Satyananda Yoga tradition.

These innovative healing processes fuse science with tradition and intuition to offer clients sessions which are safe, effective and tailored to each individual.
